Full payment of the accommodation amount is required to confirm the reservation.

If Stripe is selected as payment method, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

If bank transfer is selected as payment method, the payment must be arranged within the indicated deadline and a copy of the transfer confirmation must be sent. If neither payment nor proof of transfer is received within this time, the reservation may be cancelled.

For cancellations made up to 3 days before check-in, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made 2 days before check-in or later, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

City tax is not included in the booking total and must be paid separately in cash, in euros, during the stay, according to the applicable local regulations.
